Job description
$731,000+ First Year Financial Package in a Midwestern Community
Practice: Established, Physician-Friendly Surgical Program
Strong Compensation Package with $560K $570K Base Salary and Production Incentives ($55/RVU after 8,000 RVUs)
Bonuses Include Sign-On ($10K $20K), Relocation (up to $10K), and 401k with Immediate Vesting
Balanced Schedule with 2.5 Clinic Days and 2 OR Days Weekly
Light Call Schedule (1:3) with APP Support and Weekend Rounding Coverage
Advanced Surgical Capabilities including Robotic-Assisted Procedures (Hips, Knees)
Established Patient Volume with High Demand and Immediate Case Load
Full Support Staff including Dedicated MA/LPN, OR Team, and Surgical Assistants
25 Days PTO + CME Time + $3,000 CME Allowance
Malpractice Covered + Full Benefits + Licensing Reimbursement
