Job description
Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care in Tucson, AZ seeks an Orthopedics Charge Nurse (RN) to lead clinical operations on the orthopedic unit. You will coordinate patient care, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to standards of care and patient needs.
The role requires graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, at least 1 year of RN experience including ICU, Arizona RN license, and specialty certification within 3 years (e.g., CCRN).
