Position
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) in Orthopedics Med Surg, providing direct patient care on an orthopedic/neurologic unit.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; educate patients and families; promote safety and quality; develop individualized care plans; communicate effective across teams; assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs; incorporate patient preferences and cultural considerations.
Qualifications
Qualifications: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; RN license; preferred BSN and Skills
Skills: Critical nursing skills, patient-centered care, teamwork, communication, safety awareness.
