This medical center is a well-established healthcare facility serving the western Arizona community, providing comprehensive orthopaedic surgical services. The facility features a 12-bed department with strong support structures in place to ensure high-quality patient care and a productive working environment.
Opportunity:
Physician (MD) - Orthopaedic Surgery
Job Details:
Provide comprehensive orthopaedic surgery services with 5-7 patient encounters per shift
Must hold an active Arizona license and DEA registration
Board certified/eligible required; minimum board certification level is Certified
NPDB and case logs of at least 2 years required for credentialing
Credentialing timeframe approximately 5-7 days
Perform arthroscopy procedures
Perform total joint replacements including hip, knee, and other joints
Perform joint revision or repair procedures including shoulder, hip, knee, and other joints
Locum Tenens assignment, ASAP start with ongoing need
Nearest airport is Las Vegas, with lodging accommodations available at the Holiday Inn
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
