This well-established hospital serves as a cornerstone of healthcare in southeastern Missouri, providing comprehensive surgical and clinical services to the surrounding community. The facility operates as a Level 4 trauma center with strong support structures in place, including APP oncall assistance to complement the provider's clinical responsibilities.

Board Certified - Orthopaedic Surgery - Orthopaedic Sports Medicine
Job Details:
Locum Tenens opportunity beginning October 1, 2026 on an ongoing basis
Schedule consists of 2.5 clinic days and 2.5 OR days per week
Provider will take call while also seeing patients in the clinic with APP oncall support available
25-30 patient encounters per shift
Must hold an active Missouri license or IMLC licensure
Board certification required with ACLS, ATLS, and BLS certifications required
Estimated credentialing timeframe of 60 days
Fellowship training required
Arthroscopy skills required
Total joint replacement required, including hip and knee
Compensation:
Competitive daily flat rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
