Piedmont Orthopedics is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join a growing program at the heart of one of the fastest-growing counties in the country. You'll operate within a healthcare system that includes two hospital EDs and a freestanding Level III Trauma Center the only trauma center in York County with a Level II designation upgrade already in motion for 2026. Position Highlights
Full-time, employed Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon position
Primary surgical focus on inpatient trauma with some outpatient care
Call coverage for York County's only trauma center (Level III, upgrading to Level II in 2026)
Healthcare system spans two hospital EDs and a freestanding trauma center
Orthopaedic Trauma Surgeon to play a key role in the continued growth and development of our trauma program.
Strong, collaborative ED relationships already in place
State-of-the-art equipment including new surgical robots and large, well-equipped ORs
Experienced Orthopedic Surgeon preferred to build a

Candidate Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
Completion of an Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery Fellowship
Eligible for medical licensure in the applicable state
New graduates and experienced surgeons are encouraged to apply
