Orthopedic Surgery opening near Chicago, IL Located in Hobart, IN - Chicago 38mWe are seeking a general Orthopedic Surgeon in Hobart, Indiana - 45 minutes from downtown Chicago. Full-time, Employed Monday - Friday (flexible work schedule) Mix of inpatient and outpatient practice Clinic Patients per Day: 30-35 Call is 1:6 Epic EMR (Fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII) Group practice setting Collegial group of system physicians eager to provide mentorship and support in developing physician practices Financially strong health system with local long-tenured leadership team Board certified or eligibility required Sub-specialty interests are encouraged with opportunity to design practice around personal goalsCompensation & Benefits Highly competitive salary offers (negotiable - MGMA guidelines) Contract bonuses off of RVU's and quality metrics Sign-on bonus (negotiable) Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans included 403(b) opportunities including employer match Exceptional CME funds Licensure reimbursement: license, CSR, DEA, Dues/Subscriptions Flexible time off - total of 6 weeksHobart, IN Hobart, Indiana offers the best of both worlds: a welcoming community with a comfortable, hometown feel while still being close to the excitement and opportunities of a major city.
