J-1 / H-1B Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon Opportunity - Western New YorkPosition OverviewRecruitWell is partnering with an integrated, nonprofit health system in Jamestown to recruit a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon for a full-time, permanent position. This is a general orthopaedic surgery role with a preference for adult reconstruction , serving a strong community-based practice in Western New York.

Compensation & IncentivesBase salary range: $645,000 - $731,000+
$50,000 sign-on bonus

Final compensation may include incentive-based earnings and is determined by experience, expertise, and market factors.

QualificationsMD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited Orthopaedic Surgery residency
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
Fellowship training in adult reconstruction preferred (not required)
Eligible for unrestricted New York medical license
DEA certification
Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
Organization OverviewThe client is a multi-specialty physician network employing 50+ physicians and 20+ advanced practice providers across 12 locations. Specialties include Cardiology, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Nephrology, Neurology, Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine, Women's Health, Orthopaedics, Aesthetics, and Neurosurgery. Administrative and business support is provided by the hospital, including a state-of-the-art medical mall in Jamestown .
