Orthopedic Surgery Opening in Kentucky Located in Louisa, Kentucky - Lexington 139mAbout the Position Full-time Orthopedic Surgeon opportunity in eastern Kentucky near Yatesville Lake. This hospital-employed role offers a flexible schedule, strong clinical support, and an excellent work/life balance in a community-focused setting.Practice Details -Full-time, employed position-Flexible schedule with block OR time-2 surgery/OR days per week with additional clinic days-General Orthopedic Surgery with trauma available-Opportunity to perform joint replacement and arthroscopy-Must be comfortable practicing without roboticsTeam and Environment -Excellent anesthesia support-Experienced OR staff proficient across all surgical areas-Supportive administration and collegial team-Option to support local high school athletics coverageQualifications -Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery-Comfortable performing general orthopedic procedures including trauma-Interest in joint replacement and arthroscopy welcomed-Open to both new graduates and experienced surgeonsCompensation and Benefits -Competitive base salary-Productivity-based incentive compensation with no cap-Relocation assistance-CME and medical licensure allowance-Commencement bonus-Medical education debt repayment-Residency stipend available-Malpractice coverage-Monthly cell phone reimbursement-Visa support available-Comprehensive benefits packageAdditional Highlights -Strong work/life balance in a scenic lakeside community-Access to outdoor recreation near Yatesville Lake
