Job description
Synergy Health Partners is recruiting experienced orthopedic surgeons to join our team at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City, Iowa. Work 7-10 days a month as a permanent member of the surgical team building real relationships with colleagues, patients, and the community. You re not passing through. You re building roots.
Job Details:
Acute care orthopedic program
7-10 days/month with a stable, embedded team
Supportive and collaborative surgical environment
Housing stipend provided
Medical malpractice coverage included
1-2 years experience required
Work with a company created by and for surgeons
Active IA medical license is a plus
Facility Details:
Level III Trauma Center
EMR: Transitioning to Epic in May 2026
