Job description
A well-established orthopedic practice in the Lake Michigan region of Northwest Indiana is seeking a BC/BE General Orthopedic Surgeon to join a collaborative team providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care to a growing community.
Position Highlights:
Join an established orthopedic practice with experienced surgeons and strong support
Provide comprehensive orthopedic care for musculoskeletal conditions affecting bones, joints, tendons, muscles, ligaments, and spine
Flexible full-time schedule with strong work-life balance
Outpatient volume of 25-30 patients per day
Surgical volume of 7-12 cases per week
Call rotation of 1:4
Telehealth visits available
Utilize advanced techniques and technology to restore function and improve quality of life
Collaborative team environment focused on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
