Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking BC/BE trained Orthopedic Surgeons to join our collegial Orthopedic Surgery & Sports Medicine team in Paducah, KY

Provide Orthopedic Surgery services in only one location
Joining this practice offers diverse clinical experiences with a wide range of orthopedic patients. Help build a regional practice. The practice will have a solid referral base, ensuring professional stability.
The clinic offers a flexible schedule with physicians working four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.
The preferred orthopedic physician candidate is a team player who is passionate about treating orthopedic conditions. They should be willing to take call one week a month, demonstrating their commitment to comprehensive patient care and support for their colleagues. This candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment contributing to the overall success and growth of the practice.
Baptist Health Paducah Hospital is a 373-bed regional medical and referral center, serving about 350,000 patients a year from four states. The hospital provides a full range of services, including cardiac and cancer care, diagnostic imaging, women s and children s services, surgery, emergency treatment, rehabilitation, transitional care, weight management and wound care. The main campus covers eight square blocks, plus off-site outpatient rehab, occupational medicine, primary care, school clinics, imaging and lab.
