Orthopedic Surgeon MAKO Robotics Iowa Join a newly developed hospital orthopedic service line in Iowa with the autonomy to build your practice within an established referral framework.
Position Highlights
Guaranteed Salary: Receive a guaranteed $730,000 salary with total compensation potential up to $1,400,000 and a $100,000 signing bonus.
MAKO Robotic Technology: Utilize MAKO robotics with dedicated block operating time across four operating rooms.
Flexible Schedule: Choose a 4 or 4.5 day workweek within a hospital employed orthopedic surgery model.
Practice Development: Build your patient base within an established referral framework with strong clinical and administrative support, including a dedicated pain anesthesiologist.
