Orthopedic Adult Reconstructive Surgery opening in WashingtonLocated in Pullman, WA - Spokane 80mFull-time; PermanentEmployed Overview: Join an established orthopedic group serving the Palouse region Fellowship-trained Adult Reconstruction position with focus on primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty Practice alongside four orthopedic surgeons and advanced practice providers Partnership opportunity after one year 32 patient-facing hours per week with clinic hours Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Shared 1:4 call schedule including general orthopedic call Hospitalist program provides assistance with limited inpatient rounding Five hospital operating rooms plus access to a surgery center Dedicated PA and athletic trainer support Fellowship-trained sports medicine physician available for non-operative care support Opportunity to work with medical students and residents Collegiate athletic program involvement available if desired Future leadership opportunities available EPIC EMR Comp/Benefits: Base salary of $540,000 plus incentives Partnership opportunity after one year Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Student loan repayment assistance Comprehensive benefits package Strong support staff and collaborative practice environment Group/Facility Info: Established orthopedic practice serving eastern Washington and northern Idaho since 1990 Offices located in Pullman, WA and Moscow, ID Access to hospital facilities and outpatient surgery center Physician-owned practice Team-oriented environment with advanced practice support Involvement with collegiate athletics and academic programs Board-certified orthopedic surgeons with subspecialty expertise About the Area:Pullman is home to Washington State University and offers a unique blend of college-town amenities and small-town charm.
