General Orthopedic Surgeon opening in Stayton, OR Full-Time Total Joint Reconstruction 1:3 CallA growing orthopedic program in Stayton, Oregon is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon with broad orthopedic expertise to join an established multidisciplinary team.Opportunity Highlights:Full-time General Orthopedic Surgery opportunity
Broad-based orthopedic surgical practice
Treat acute orthopedic injuries and sports medicine conditions
Perform adult total joint reconstruction
Hip, knee, and shoulder replacement experience required
Join an experienced team specializing in orthopedics, sports medicine, and podiatry
Support from 3 advanced practice clinicians
More than 20 orthopedic support staff
Call schedule: 1:3
State-of-the-art orthopedic facility
On-site digital X-ray
Advanced diagnostic imaging available
Modern operating rooms equipped for complex joint reconstruction
Minimally invasive surgical capabilities
Dedicated PA, NP, and orthopedic clinical support
EPIC EMR
Strong physician autonomy within a collaborative clinical environment
Compensation and Benefits:Guaranteed base salary starting at $500,000
Uncapped wRVU-based production bonus
Signing bonus available
Relocation assistance
$3,000 annual CME allowance
34 days / 272 hours of authorized time off annually

Professional dues covered
Board certification fees covered separately from CME

Candidate Requirements:MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Broad General Orthopedic Surgery expertise
Proficiency managing acute orthopedic injuries
Sports Medicine experience
Experience performing adult total joint reconstruction
Hip, knee, and shoulder arthroplasty experience
Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered orthopedic care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
