Total Hip & Joint Orthopedic Surgeon Opportunity - Tucson, Arizona Do you know someone that might be a good fit for this position? Please ask about our generous referral fees! Position Overview: Join a well-managed, and rapidly growing orthopedic program in Tucson, Arizona, offering comprehensive support, advanced technology, and a collaborative team environment for optimal work/life balance.Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years post-training experience in orthopedic surgery.Completion of a fellowship in Adult Reconstruction is required. Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.Eligible for medical licensure in Arizona.Demonstrated commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and teamwork.Key Responsibilities: Full-time, employed position with a focus on adult hip and joint reconstruction.Split practice: approximately 60% outpatient clinic and 40% surgical responsibilities.Participate in both practice and ER call coverage.Manage an average clinic census of 25 patients per day and perform 8-12 surgeries per week.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.Utilize advanced equipment, including MAKO robotic technology.Contribute to the continued expansion of a rapidly growing orthopedic program.Organizational Highlights Competitive compensation and benefits package.Supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth.Access to specialists for collaborative care.Modern facilities with comprehensive on-site support.
