Job Title: Orthopedic Surgeon (Shoulder & Knee Focus)

Location: Walla Walla, WA

Schedule: Full-Time, 1:5 Call Rotation (St. Marys Medical Center)

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our premier, multi-specialty private practice in Walla Walla. We are a high-caliber team dedicated to providing top-tier musculoskeletal care while maintaining a culture that prioritizes both physician autonomy and work-life balance. This position is designed for a surgeon who values clinical autonomy and a deep connection to the local community.

Specialized Surgical Scope: This is a general orthopedic position, but will have a surgical focus on shoulder (both arthroscopy and arthroplasty) as well as knee ligament repair and arthroplasty. You will manage a full spectrum of care, from fracture management to sports medicine, serving an established and loyal patient base.

Physician-Led Autonomy & Support: We believe in providing our surgeons with the tools they need to succeed. You will have the unique autonomy to select your own lead clinical support (LPN, RN, or MA) and will work alongside a dedicated Orthopedic Surgeon with a streamlined clinic and surgical flow.

Balanced Professional Lifestyle: Enjoy a manageable full-time schedule with a 1:5 call rotation. Call is taken at a single hospital, St. Marys Medical Center, which is a Level III Trauma Center with a robust hospitalist and surgical service. Our group is deeply committed to the well-being of our providers, ensuring you have the time to enjoy the incredible quality of life that the Pacific Northwest offers.

Competitive Rewards & Growth: We offer a highly competitive compensation package and a clear path for professional advancement, including the potential for ownership / profit sharing partnership arrangement with Walla Walla Clinic as well as our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). Benefits include generous PTO, CME allowance, 401(k) with a 5% match, comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, sign-on/relocation bonus, and more!

About Walla Walla & Southeastern Washington: Located in the southeastern part of Washington, Walla Walla is celebrated for its picturesque beauty and a harmonious blend of historic allure and modern living.

The city has gained national recognition for its charm and is consistently ranked among the best places to live, offering residents a high quality of life.
