Orthopedic Surgeon Private Practice Opportunity West Palm Beach, Florida
A well-established and reputable orthopedic private practice in West Palm Beach, Florida is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join its growing organization. This opportunity is well suited for a physician who values clinical excellence, operational stability, and long-term professional growth within a physician-led environment.
Position Overview The selected candidate will join a professionally managed private practice with a strong market presence and an established referral network. The role provides the opportunity to practice efficiently within a collaborative, high-performance clinical setting supported by experienced administrative and ancillary staff.
Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive orthopedic care in outpatient and surgical settings
Collaborate with physician colleagues and interdisciplinary care teams
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and practice development efforts
Adhere to clinical, regulatory, and compliance standards
Candidate Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited institution
Completion of an ACGME-accredited orthopedic surgery residency
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
Fellowship training preferred but not required
Eligibility for unrestricted Florida medical licensure
Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
