Job description
An established orthopedic practice in the Boston area is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Physician Assistant to join a collaborative Spine team.
Position Highlights:
Full-time outpatient-only position
Join an established Spine team with two fellowship-trained Physiatrists
Focus on evaluation and treatment of spine disorders
Work collaboratively with orthopedic physicians and a multidisciplinary team
No call
No long-term opioid therapy management
Day shift with varied schedules of 7 a.m. 4 p.m. or 7:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
Personalized approach to every patient
Strong team-oriented culture focused on quality and comprehensive care
Qualifications:
2 5 years of Orthopedic Spine or Pain Medicine experience preferred
Graduate of an approved Physician Assistant program
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Current, valid Massachusetts PA license
Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
Federal DEA registration
Compensation & Benefits:
Up to 24 days of paid time off
Up to 3 personal holidays
Up to 1 week of paid CME time annually
Up to $1,500 CME reimbursement per calendar year
Licensure renewal fee reimbursement
Group malpractice coverage provided
