Location: Brainerd, MN Brainerd, MN is centrally located in Minnesota, just 125 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul. The Brainerd Lakes Area is a vibrant community with beautiful natural surroundings, offering an excellent balance of small-town charm and outdoor recreational opportunities.
Facility: This established medical practice has been serving the Brainerd Lakes area since 1975. The facility is part of a respected healthcare network that serves a population of 65,000 with a regional service area of 115,000. The practice is developing a new Musculoskeletal Center and offers access to both clinic and hospital settings.
Opportunity: Orthopedic Surgery - Spine Join a collaborative team of 5 well-established orthopedic surgeons in a practice that values subspecialty training. This position offers the chance to develop your career in spine orthopedics with ownership potential in a local Outpatient Surgery Center.
Job Details: Step into an established practice with immediate patient demand
Enjoy 32+ contact hours in the clinic over 4 days per week (8 hours per day), with flexibility to distribute over 5 days if preferred
Hospital consultations and rounding are a small component of the schedule
Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Anticipated weekly volume: 10 inpatient consultants and 75 office patients

Qualifications: MD or DO candidates who are BE/BC in Orthopedic Surgery
