Private Orthopedic Practice
Near Newark, Jersey
This practice is not affiliated with private equity.
This is a permanent positions not locums.
Orthopedic Surgeon - Sports
Position open due to growth of the organization
Monday through Friday
No weekends
No Call
Majority of their procedures are done at their two ASCs both have MIS
Larger procedures (surgical etc) are done in hospital if an overnight stay is required
Payor mix is 85% commercial insurance
500k+ Base salary and production
Tiered bonus structure base on collections
History of first year earnings over 1 million
Partnership potential after 2 years
Option to buy into the ASC
They are majority owners and management of both ASCs
