Orthopedic Trauma Surgery Opening in NY Located in Cooperstown, NYPosition Highlights: Full-time Orthopedic Trauma Surgery opportunity
Join an established group of Orthopedic Surgeons and Advanced Practice Clinicians
Dedicated OR trauma room for urgent and "cold trauma" cases
OR time allotted for elective trauma reconstructive practice
General Orthopedic call with Orthopedic Hospitalist support
Separate call schedules for Spine and Hand
Coverage of one centrally located Emergency Department
Referral base of more than 150 Primary Care Clinicians
Full support staff including APCs
Interaction with surgical residents and medical students
Practice within an integrated health system serving an eight-county region
Academic affiliation with a major medical school
EPIC EMR
Visa sponsorship available
Compensation & Benefits: $588,390-$690,684 base salary
Sign-on bonus up to $100,000
Uncapped physician incentive plan with additional earnings based on performance and productivity
$10,000 transition bonus

Qualifications: MD, DO, or MBBS
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Completion of an accredited U.S. Orthopedic Surgery residency
Orthopedic Trauma fellowship training encouraged but not required
Eligible for New York State medical licensure
BLS certification
DEA registration
