Occupational Therapist
Bellingham, WA

Pay: $2026 - $2440 | Shift: 5x8 Days

As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide skilled therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to improve independence in daily living skills.
Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals
Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans
Document services accurately and timely
Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
Active state OT license (or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
Need 1 year experience in setting
