As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients
Documenting patient progress and reporting to the occupational therapist
Providing support and encouragement to patients throughout their therapy sessions
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements: Need 1 year experience in setting
Current COTA certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
