Certified Lymphedema Therapist | In-Home Therapy
A clinician-led organization is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide specialized lymphedema treatment in a flexible home-based care model.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay-per-visit model: $69 per visit (OT – CLT)
Typical full-time clinicians complete 24–30 visits per week
Estimated annual earnings: ~$85,000 – $100,000+ based on visit volume
Visits typically range from 70–85 minutes
Mileage reimbursement at current IRS rate
Productivity incentives available for exceeding visit targets

Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with lymphedema and lymphatic disorders
Develop functional treatment plans focused on daily living and independence
Provide hands-on therapy and patient education
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
Qualifications
Active Florida Occupational Therapist license
CLT certification preferred or experience treating lymphedema
Home health or mobile therapy experience preferred
Strong documentation and communication skills
