Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our interdisciplinary team in Daytona Beach, Florida. Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to address the needs of patients and residents
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify rehabilitation goals and needs
Develop and implement effective treatment plans to achieve patient and resident goals
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes
Document patient and resident progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory and clinical standards
Participate in professional development and continuing education to stay current with best practices and industry developments
