Job description
PRN Occupational Therapist
We're hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide in-home care across Northern Virginia. You'll be visiting adult and geriatric patients in their homes, doing the hands-on OT work that actually makes a difference — on a schedule you build around your life. This role is a good fit for OTs who want clinical autonomy and real one-on-one time with patients without committing to full-time hours.
Pick up visits based on your availability — you tell us when you're free, we route patients your way
Perform comprehensive in-home OT evaluations, reassessments, and discharge — start to finish, your patients, your plan
Focus on ADL training, safety, and functional independence
Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety
Coordinate with our clinical team and patients' physicians on care planning
Document in the field on a company-issued tablet through WellSky
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Virginia
1–2 years of clinical experience
Home health and OASIS experience preferred — if you don't have it yet, our clinical team will get you trained before you take your first visit on your own
WellSky experience is a plus but not required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Based out of our Falls Church office, we cover Falls Church and the surrounding Northern Virginia communities — Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, McLean, Vienna, Reston, Herndon, Annandale, Springfield, and more. You'll generally work the area closest to where you live.
