Job description
Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This full-time role offers competitive pay and a supportive, mentorship-driven culture.
You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, create personalized care plans, collaborate with a clinical team, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements. Must be licensed OT to apply; Illinois license required.
