Job description
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic teams located both in inpatient rehabilitative settings and in home health environments. This role involves assessing patient needs, planning and implementing specific interventions, and evaluating patient progress to aid in recovery and rehabilitation from injury, illness, or disabilities. The successful candidate will customize interventions to improve the patient's ability to perform daily tasks and enhance their quality of life within our compassionate and supportive healthcare framework.
