Marshfield, MO

Pay: $2162 - $2604 | Shift: 5x8 days
Are you an Occupational Therapist eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of your patients? Do you excel in creating personalized care plans that enhance cognitive and physical functioning? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our healthcare partner in Marshfield, MO.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and treating patients with cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders. Your expertise will guide the development of effective care plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve optimal outcomes.
Conduct comprehensive screenings and evaluations of patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Administer therapeutic activities, exercises, and modalities
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
Provide consultation and counseling to patients and families
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure cohesive care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic system
Participate in required meetings and training sessions
Supervise and support occupational therapist assistants and students
Adhere to NBCOT/AOTA and state practice standards
Requirements for this role include: Active OT license
Need 1 year experience in setting
Long-term care or rehabilitation experience required
New graduates considered with Level II experience
