Job Responsibilities

Design Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and craft tailored occupational therapy strategies that guide them toward their personal goals.

Implement Therapeutic Activities: Employ research-based techniques to enhance patients' mobility, cognitive skills, and daily living activities.

Collaborate with a Diverse Team: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare professionals, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, well-rounded patient care.

Educate Patients and Families: Provide thorough instruction to patients and their caregivers on effective therapies that encourage progress at home.

Track and Adjust Progress: Monitor clinical developments and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients advancing toward their goals.

Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Commitment to ongoing education and obtaining post-graduate certifications is encouraged.

Certifications Required

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

Certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory.
