Job description
OSF ITEMS OF NOTE: - Local Rate: Applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles (-# to regular and OT bill rates) - OSF Call Off Policy: Equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks with no penalty or need to pay for the shift - Non-billable Orientation Hours: 12 hours, guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION: - Last four (4) digits of clinician's SSN - Clinician's middle initial - Requested time off - Active MI license or confirmation that application process has been initiated - Your candidate understands OSF is a Drug-Free Campus and they must produce a negative drug screen for all panels Department: Willow Creek Occupational Therapy - # of patients treated per day: 7-10 patients/day - General Certification Requirements: BLS - Other Certs Required for all OT: OT license for state of MI - Common diagnosis: General rehab with wide variety of patient care. Geriatric, pediatric, neurological, orthopedic, etc. - Experience: Peds experience preferred but not mandatory. - EMR: Epic - Is there an OT Manager/Supervisor on each shift: Lead therapist who does treat patients. - Do you staff Rehab Aides: There is 1 rehab tech at the facilty to assist with cleaning, assisting therapist with patient care, etc. - Shifts & Scheduling: 5 days/week - Weekend Requirements: None - Holiday Requirements: None - Scrub Color: Business casual - Department specific orientation: Orient 1-2 shifts, Epic training, & then start patient care with mentorship as needed.
