Your Daily Responsibilities

In this role, you will do more than just manage symptoms — you will help clients reclaim their routines, restore confidence, and rediscover joy in their day-to-day activities. From assisting stroke survivors in fine motor recovery to supporting orthopedic patients in adjusting post-surgery, your expertise will play a crucial role in fostering independence and resilience through personalized care.

This position values depth over simplicity. You're entering a world where every patient has a unique story, and each therapy session is a new chapter in their recovery journey. Working side by side with an exceptional circle of therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers, you'll design rehabilitation strategies that reflect the distinct personalities of those you serve.

Why You Will Appreciate Our Team and Jersey City

We've cultivated a unique environment here. Our rehab team doesn't just clock in to fulfill duties; we uplift each other, share insights, and celebrate collective victories—both big and small. Join us in a workplace where your voice is valued, your advancement is prioritized, and your day-to-day contributions are evident.

And let's not forget the locale: Jersey City, a vibrant urban playground that exceeds all expectations and encourages exploration. Experience stunning waterfront views and a thriving arts scene, where you can roam through contemporary galleries or delight in music festivals that fill the air with rhythm. Indulge in culinary adventures, from gourmet dining experiences to the best street food vendors, offering tastes from around the world.

This lively community embraces diversity and innovation, creating a dynamic backdrop that inspires and nurtures creativity, nurturing relationships that last well beyond work hours.

Your Ideal Profile

We seek individuals who view occupational therapy as more than a career — it's their purpose. You should feel exhilarated when a patient regains their mobility, or speaks up after losing the ability to do so. If you're a skilled OTR/L or a promising newcomer with a recent certification, you will excel here if you bring heartfelt dedication, a spirited approach, and humility to your endeavors.

If a blend of high-quality care and a high-quality lifestyle resonates with you, you've found the right spot.

Join Us to Create Something Extraordinary

We invite you to be part of a mission that transcends a mere job title. Here, your contributions will shape destinies, fuel recoveries, and help restore what has been lost. And you will thrive in an environment known for its energetic balance of focus and fun.

If you are ready to grow professionally, give back generously, and immerse yourself in a community of caring individuals — we are eager to welcome you aboard.
