What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll go beyond merely addressing challenges; you'll be instrumental in restoring daily routines, rebuilding assurance, and reigniting joy in everyday life. Whether you're aiding stroke survivors with fine motor rehabilitation or assisting orthopedic patients in recovering their mobility post-surgery, every bit of your skill will be devoted to delivering person-centered care that nurtures resilience and fosters independence.

This isn't a place for routines or checklists. It's an environment where each patient's journey is a unique narrative, and each therapy session is a significant chapter in their rehabilitation story. You'll collaborate closely with fellow therapists, medical professionals, and support staff to co-create individualized rehabilitation plans that truly reflect the unique stories of the people we work with.

Why You'll Love the Team — and the Allure of Miami

We've fostered a distinctive culture here. Our rehabilitation team is not simply clocking hours — they are encouraging one another, sharing insights, and celebrating each victory (no matter how small) together. You will be part of a workplace that embraces your voice, prioritizes your professional growth, and ensures that your impact is tangible every single day.

And let's not forget the surroundings: Miami, a dazzling city that effortlessly blends the vibrancy of urban life with the tranquility of coastal escape. Gone are the days of monotony — here, you can bask in the sun on world-renowned beaches, immerse in a diverse cultural tapestry, and indulge in a dynamic culinary scene that caters to every palate.

From spice-laden food festivals to art districts teeming with creativity, Miami captures a spirit that invites exploration and connection. The vibrant nightlife and neighborly warmth coexist beautifully, fostering an environment ripe for new friendships and limitless opportunities — all while maintaining moments for peaceful beach walks and sunset views.

Who We're Looking For

We're in search of someone who perceives occupational therapy not merely as a job but as a profound calling. Someone who feels exhilarated at the thought of witnessing a patient regain control, walk with less assistance, or vocalize a thought previously beyond reach.

Whether you're a seasoned OTR/L or a recently certified professional, if you bring enthusiasm, dedication, and humility to the craft, you will flourish here. If the combination of exceptional care and an enviable lifestyle excites you — your search ends here.

Let's Create Something Incredible — Together

This is your chance to be more than just an employee. Here, your efforts will shape futures, drive recoveries, and revive what was once lost. You'll thrive in a region known for its blend of ambition and tranquility.

If you're enthusiastic about growth, giving back, and immersing yourself in a caring community — we're looking forward to hearing from you.
