What Your Role Entails

As an Occupational Therapist here, you'll be instrumental in more than just addressing symptoms; you'll assist in restoring routines, rebuilding confidence, and reigniting passion for everyday living. From guiding stroke survivors through fine motor recovery to helping orthopedic patients regain mobility post-surgery, your expertise will be paramount in offering personalized, person-centered care that encourages resilience and fosters independence.

This is not just a workplace for routine procedures or checklists. Here, every patient has a unique narrative, and each therapy session contributes a chapter to their path to recovery. You will collaborate closely with a diverse array of healthcare professionals to develop rehabilitation strategies that are as distinct as the individuals you serve.

Your Future Team — And the Engaging City Surrounding You

What we have built here transcends ordinary. Our rehabilitation team does more than just complete their hours — we uplift each other, share insights, and celebrate achievements collectively, whether they are monumental or small. You will find a place where your contributions matter, your professional growth is nurtured, and your impact is felt on a daily basis.

Then there's the backdrop: Nashville, a city that goes beyond the surface and rewards those who dare to explore. Bid farewell to towering buildings — instead, enjoy rolling hills adorned with blossoms, a thriving music scene, and unique parks perfect for weekend adventures.

The community radiates creativity, sound, and exquisite tastes. Food trucks offer everything from gourmet barbecue to innovative vegan wraps. Quaint shops, live music venues, and charming bookstores populate walkable districts. While attracting artists, innovators, and entrepreneurs, the city maintains a pace that allows for backyard gatherings and sunset strolls.

Your Ideal Colleague

We seek someone who perceives occupational therapy not just as a profession, but as a true calling. A person who feels joy when witnessing a patient regain hand function, walk with more independence, or share a story anew.

Whether you're a seasoned OTR/L or a promising newcomer, you will flourish within our team if you bring compassion, dedication, and modesty to your role. If the notion of fusing high-quality care with an enriching lifestyle excites you, you have found your perfect match.

Join Us in Crafting Meaningful Experiences

This is your opportunity to be part of something far greater than a mere job title. Here, your efforts will mold lives, promote healing, and revive lost abilities. You will accomplish this in an area celebrated for its balance of hard work and enjoyable living.

So, if you're ready to evolve, contribute, and immerse yourself in a community that truly cares — we are here to welcome you.
