Occupational Therapist (OT) - PRN
LTC Therapy - Glen Ridge/Courtyard Facilities
Medford, MA
$55-$60/hour
We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide therapy services in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. This flexible role is ideal for clinicians looking to supplement their schedule while delivering quality resident care.
Position Responsibilities:
Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans
Provide therapy focused on ADLs, upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, and safety
Recommend adaptive equipment and therapeutic strategies
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans
Complete accurate and timely documentation
