Occupational Therapist (OT) - PRN

$55-$60/hour (PRN)
We are hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN role in our skilled nursing facility. This role offers flexibility while allowing you to make a direct impact on residents' daily function and independence.
Role Overview:
Assess residents and establish treatment goals
Provide therapy focused on ADLs, cognitive skills, and upper body function
Supervise and guide COTA staff
Adjust treatment plans based on patient response
Ensure accurate and timely documentation
