Job description
Powerback is seeking a Director of Rehab OT to oversee rehabilitation services across assigned facilities and programs. You will ensure high-quality, compliant care, supervise staff, and manage budgeting and reporting while driving program growth.
The role requires an OT license, NBCOT registration, and ACOTE-accredited training, with at least 3 years of direct patient care and 1 year in management. A $10,000 bonus is available, with relocation support as noted.
