As an Occupational Therapist in this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a home health setting, providing essential care and support to patients in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Traveling within assigned territories to provide care and support
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
Adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards
Requirements for this role include: Current CA OT License
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
Annual TB test, MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), Flu (annual), Drug screen, and Physical
Need 1 year experience in setting
