Job description
Encompass Health seeks an OT Therapy Team Leader to oversee occupational therapy services in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will provide direct patient care while supervising and mentoring OT staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring evidence-based, compliant practice.
