Job description
Churchill Downs Louisiana Horseracing Co seeks a General Manager for its Off-Track Betting (OTB) operations across Louisiana, including Fair Grounds. You will lead parlor managers, drive revenue growth, optimize costs, and ensure guest service excellence in a field-based, journeyman leadership role.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (MBA preferred), at least 10 years of progressive leadership in gaming or hospitality, and proven ability to maintain regulatory
