A well-established dental practice in Brooklyn is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join their clinical team. This position is specifically designed to support a provider who is eager to build a loyal patient base and refine their clinical skills within a mentorship-oriented environment.

Clinical Scope: Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures, from routine preventative care and restorative work to more complex diagnostic tasks.

Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary: A competitive base salary ranging from $140,400 to $148,200.

Candidate Requirements The practice is looking for a "people person" who prioritizes patient education and comfort.
Experience: New graduates are highly encouraged to apply! The practice is looking for potential and a strong work ethic.
Clinical Confidence: Must have a confident, patient-facing presence and the ability to explain treatment plans clearly to patients of all backgrounds.
Licensure: Must hold an active New York State Dental License (or be in the process of obtaining one).
