Job Overview
Otolaryngology (ENT) Physician – Findlay, Ohio
Location: Findlay, OH (40 minutes from Toledo and 1.5 hours south of Detroit)
Responsibilities
Practice clinic, five days per week with flexible scheduling (typically 3 days in clinic and 2 days in OR)
Provide comprehensive ENT care with an average of 25‑30 patients per day
Perform surgeries in three operating rooms – Blanchard Valley Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, and the Findlay Surgery Center
Take primary hospital call (24‑hour in‑house hospitalist service) and provide backup call as needed
Utilize advanced equipment, including four da Vinci® Xi™ Surgical Robots
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery, audiology, and advanced practice providers
Participate in mentorship; provide and receive educational opportunities within the practice
Qualifications
Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT)
Valid medical license in the State of Ohio
Experience in or willingness to develop full‑service ENT practice
Compensation
Base salary: $515,000.00 – $650,000.00 (dependent on experience)
Continued base salary beyond initial contract term
Word‑volume bonus (wRVU)
Signing bonus
