Job description
Advocate Health seeks a board-certified otolaryngologist to join our Southern Lakes team in Burlington, Wisconsin. The position is full-time at our ambulatory day surgery center with hospital locations in Burlington and Elkhorn.
You will work alongside supportive staff and benefit from an integrated physician-led system and modern EPIC EMR workflows. The role offers a strong referral base, a generous relocation package up to $12,000, CME allowance, and a sign-on bonus.
