Job DescriptionOtolaryngologist (ENT) – Full-Time or Part-Time OpportunityWestern Wisconsin\ NA growing health system in Western Wisconsin is seeking a full-time or part-time otolaryngologist (ENT) to join a collaborative and patient-focused team. This opportunity offers flexibility with a .5–1.0 FTE schedule (approximately 2–4 days per week), minimal call responsibilities, and an excellent work-life balance while providing high-quality care to the community.

\ N Approximately 2–4 clinic/surgical days per week
\ N Minimal call responsibilities
\ N Supportive and collaborative medical staff

\ N Responsibilities Conduct initial consultations and follow-up evaluations for ENT patients
\ N Perform surgical and non-surgical ENT procedures within scope of practice
\ N Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and healthcare teams
\ N Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans
\ N Accurately assess, document, and manage patient care plans
\ N Maintain complete and up-to-date medical records
\ N Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school
\ N Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otorhinolaryngology
\ N Eligible for or currently holding Wisconsin medical licensure
\ N Strong interpersonal and communication skills
\ N Patient-centered approach to care
