What You Can Expect

Status: Full-time Otolaryngology position

Location: Eastern Region (Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic, with offices in Canandaigua and Newark)

Call: Shared schedule (1:3)

Practice setting: Three outpatient clinic locations with large growth potential

Team: Robust support from APPs and audiology; collaborative culture across the RRH system

Compensation & Benefits

Three-year salary guarantee + performance incentives

$50,000 Sign-On bonus

Pay range: $450,000.00 - $550,000.00

Variable compensation may include productivity and/or value-based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.

Physician - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

Physical Requirements

L - Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting.
