Job Title: Physician – Otolaryngology (ENT)

Service Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
Coverage Type: Clinical + Call
Coverage Period: Ongoing
Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday
On-Call Shift Schedule: Approximately 1:4 rotation
Call Type: Rotational
Call Ratio: 1:4

Patient Demographics: General ENT population

Phone Consults: Yes
Case Mix: General ENT with option for subspecialty interests
FACILITY INFORMATION
EMR System: EPIC – fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII
Office Equipment Available: Standard ENT tools and equipment
Specialty Backup Available: Collegial group of system physicians
Support Staff Available: Nurse practitioner support in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Reason for Coverage: System expansion and growth
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Credentialing Timeline: 90–120 days post-offer

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient ENT care
Participate in a 1:4 call rotation across multiple facilities
Perform outpatient surgeries
Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation
Collaborate with other providers in a collegial, supportive environment
Contribute to system-wide ENT service growth and excellence
