Job description
We are seeking a full-time BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join a well-established ENT practice in Northwest Indiana, working alongside experienced partners and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
Position Highlights
Established ENT group with two physicians and three advanced practice providers
Balanced schedule: 3 clinic days and 2 dedicated OR days per week
Average outpatient volume of ~20 patients per day
Shared call coverage (1:3)
Strong, experienced clinical support staff
Well-established practice with steady referral base
EPIC-based EMR for inpatient and outpatient care
Focus on comprehensive ENT care and long-term patient relationships
