Established General Otolaryngology Practice in Northern Orange County is Seeking an Associate Otolaryngologist An established otolaryngology practice in
Fullerton, California
is seeking a
board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist
to join our practice. The practice was established in 2001 and has served the Northern Orange County community for more than two decades. Originally a three-physician practice, we are currently a solo practice and are looking to add an associate physician with the long-term goal of
transitioning to partnership . Position This is a
general adult otolaryngology
position with no pediatric practice requirement. The physician will participate in: Outpatient general otolaryngology
Office-based evaluation and procedures
Surgical practice at
St. Jude Medical Center
Shared hospital call coverage, approximately
1:7 among seven otolaryngologists
Ongoing development of a patient base within the Northern Orange County community
The practice has
on-site audiology services , including comprehensive audiologic evaluations and hearing-aid services, providing an integrated approach to hearing and otologic care. Compensation & Benefits Initial compensation: $250,000-$350,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications

Employment initially, with a
path to partnership thereafter
Qualifications MD or DO degree
Board eligible or board certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery
Active California medical license
Eligible for medical staff privileges at St. Jude Medical Center
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
