Vitale Ear, Nose & Throat (Vitale ENT) is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist to join our thriving, physician-led private practice serving Lutz, Wesley Chapel, and Zephyrhills, Florida.
Join an established practice with more than 15+ years of success. Our top ENT physicians each generate multiple millions in annual cash collections , demonstrating strong patient demand and substantial earning potential within our practice.
With a senior physician transitioning into retirement, this is an exceptional opportunity to step directly into an established patient base, strong referral relationships, and anticipated volume of 30-40 patients per clinical day .

Exceptional Compensation & Benefits
$350,000 guaranteed first-year base salary
Uncapped collections-based productivity compensation from day one

Accounts Receivable (A/R) ownership opportunity after three years

Practice the ENT Medicine You Love
Our comprehensive practice supports a broad range of clinical and surgical interests, including:
General and pediatric otolaryngology
Rhinology, sinus surgery, and advanced in-office procedures
Facial plastic and reconstructive surgery
Additional cosmetic procedures consistent with training and privileges
Sleep surgery, OSA treatment, and Inspire therapy
Otology, ear surgery, and hearing disorders
Allergy, immunology, and sinus disease
Additional ENT subspecialty interests
Physicians enjoy substantial independence in clinical decision-making, scheduling, surgical practice development, subspecialty growth, and equipment selection, with experienced colleagues available for collaboration.
Established Infrastructure - Immediate Patients
Vitale ENT is a physician-led private practice supported by multiple ENT physicians and Physician Assistants across three Tampa Bay locations.
Our practice provides:
Established patient panel transitioning from a retiring physician
Anticipated 30-40 patients per clinical day
Two established physicians with individual annual cash collections exceeding multiple millions
Three ENT physicians and three Physician Assistants
Dedicated audiology and allergy departments
In-office CT imaging and advanced diagnostic technology
Established ASC access and dedicated weekly surgical block time
Experienced clinical and administrative support
Strong community referral relationships

After One Year - ASC Ownership Opportunity
Qualified physicians may pursue a negotiable equity buy-in at an affiliated ambulatory surgery center, with potential profit distributions based on ownership interest and facility performance.
After Three Years - Accounts Receivable (A/R) Ownership Opportunity
Eligible physicians may pursue an opportunity to purchase an interest in their accounts receivable after 36 months of employment, subject to performance requirements and mutually agreed terms.
These opportunities provide additional potential financial benefits beyond salary and productivity compensation.

Qualifications
MD or DO degree and completion of an accredited Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency
Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one
Strong clinical, surgical, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to excellent, patient-centered care
New graduates, fellowship-trained physicians, and experienced ENT surgeons are encouraged to apply.
